# Taxonomy Manager

As the taxonomy is the main back bone of the Automatic Tagging feature, this settings page allows you to configure the taxonomy tree. <br>

<figure><img src="/files/CI0uygDofCTIE43bxOIa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The hierarchy of the taxonomy currently has three levels:

* category
* attribute types
* attributes

Each of these levels can be adjusted in order to generate the right content.

The taxonomy tree hierarchy definition is the following:

* One taxonomy can have one or more categories
* One category can have one or more attribute types
* One attribute type can belong to one or more categories
* One attribute type can have one or more predefined attributes, or no predefined attributes (ai managed) meaning that the attributes will be dynamically predicted.
* One attribute can belong to one or more attribute types, but the classification is isolated, meaning that if an attribute is declared in multiple attribute types can be classified multiple times for one product.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://pixyleai.gitbook.io/pixyle.ai-documentation/user-guide-data-enrichment-platform/settings/features-settings/automatic-tagging/taxonomy-manager.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
